Meet The Owner
I’m Andrew Porter, the owner of Carbon Auto Spa and an active-duty member of the United States Navy Seabees, where I’ve proudly served since 2014. I plan to complete my 20-year career and retire right here along the Mississippi Gulf Coast, where my family and this business have put down permanent roots. We call the Gulf Coast home.
I began detailing in 2021 while stationed on Oahu, learning the trade from some of the most respected detailers on the island. What started as a skill quickly became a passion—I fell in love with the process of restoring vehicles, but even more with helping people, solving problems, and building genuine relationships. I’m a people-first business owner who believes great service, clear communication, and showing up on time matter just as much as the final result.
Carbon Auto Spa was built on doing things the right way: no shortcuts, no guessing, and no surprises. We’re fully insured, professionally equipped, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality results you can trust. I’m constantly learning—researching new products, techniques, and better ways to care for vehicles—because this isn’t just a job to me, it’s something I’m genuinely obsessed with.
We’re primarily mobile, with access to shop space as we grow, and our long-term goal is to open a permanent location here on the Coast. This business isn’t temporary—we’re here for the long haul, focused on building a trusted name that lasts for decades.
I’m 30 years old, married, a father of three, and a lifelong car and motorcycle enthusiast (I’ve owned more motorcycles than I can count). I’m grateful to serve this community and excited to bring passion, precision, and care to every vehicle we touch.
